Provolone is
an Italian cheese. As it ages, the cheese becomes richer in colour,
firmer in texture, and more pronounced in flavour.
Recipe (x2)
12 cherry
tomatoes
200 gr
Provolone Dolce (mild)
Oregano to
taste
Toasted
bread or Picos (Spanish crackers)
Cut in half
the cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with oregano and put the cheese on top
Put in the
oven 180oC for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve with toasted
crusty bread or picos
